How much Water does our body need everyday?
We need 2 to 2.5 Liters of water per day to fully satisfy the physiological needs of the body.
The water in our bodies must be continuously replenished.On average,our bodies lose
600ml of water daily through breathing,500ml through our skin,and 1400ml through urination.
About 2500ml of water is necessary for every day of your life.We take in aprrox.500ml of 
water daily through food,but we still need 2000ml more,which we can only get by drinking water.
Average amount of water an adult drinks each day
Recommended Amount by WHO = 2ℓ
U.S = 1ℓ
Korea= 0.6ℓ
Japan =0.9ℓ
The WHO recommends 2 liters of water daily for.For a child weighting 10kg,1liter daily
is recommended.

How safe is your drinking water?Water is a vital part of both our environment and our body systems.It is an essential component of nearly everyting we eat and drink.Drinking ample amounts of water has been tied to general good health.Water can be a specific antidote to some health problems,such as obesity and many types of cancer. Unfortunately,dangerous chemicals,organic material and bacteria contaminate much of the waterwe drink.When combined with these elements,water,crucial to our survival as it is,can present a significant health risk.The usageof chlorine and fluoride in water treatment process is hazardous. Chlorine has been linked to asthma and other respiratory diseases and excessive fluoride intake can lead to yellowed teeth,dental problems and other serious health problems for young children.
